Here at FreePetProjects.com, we want to invite you to come up with some fun and outrageous costumes, and then send us your photos for a costume contest. We will award winners from 3 costume categories, and 1 grand prize category. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges under the supervision of Leisure Arts.
